Orders & Pre-orders

Q: How do preorders work?
A: Pre-orders let you reserve new or limited-edition items before they officially release. When you place a pre-order, your payment secures your item. Once the product is ready, we’ll notify you and ship it out right away. Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page for pre-orders.

Q: Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
A: Pre-orders can be canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final since production begins based on pre-order demand.

Q: Will my order ship separately if I have pre-order and in-stock items?
A: Yes, the in-stock items may ship first so that you can enjoy them sooner. Pre-ordered items will follow once they’re ready.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. This excludes pre-order items.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon!

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7–$12, depending on your location.

Q: What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
A: Please double-check your delivery address and contact your local post office. If you still can’t locate your package, reach out to us at chandlierstation@gmail.com or the contact page so we can help resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email chandlierstation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions and a return label if eligible.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes! If your item is still in stock, we’ll happily exchange it for a different size or color.

Q: Are sale or preorder items returnable?
A: All sale and pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Any final sale items will be listed in the product’s description.
